Yes, I’m back with more rudeness for you!
I want to send a shout out to all of you reading this, and say well done for working hard and making progress. The third month of the year is nearly over, if you have been sticking to your diet and working out consistently, you should start seeing significant changes to your physique. Keep at it!
2017 was the time to grind for me. That’s exactly what I’ve been doing, 8 meals of chicken, steak, beef mince, tilapia, salmon, eggs, sweet potato, and rice. Of course, I am able to stay on top of things with the great supplements from Chrome UK, and this is what I’m currently taking; 50g Amplify Waxy Maize with 10g Chronicle PrimeAmino intra workout, and 30g SSN whey protein with 10g Muscle Junkie Glutamine Fix for my post workout.
I have been going at it so hard because I have convinced myself that I am more than capable of being the best at what I do. This is my life and my deepest purpose, and I remind myself each and every day.
So far, my prep has been awesome, intense training sessions have really helped, and I don’t think I’ve ever been this good at this stage of prepping. I will have a video up next week of one of my training sessions so you can experience it with me.
